Ordering

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum amount.

If a product is not available, is it possible to order it later?

Yes. Depending on color, size etc. it may have been out of stock at the time of ordering.

How can I be sure that my order was received?

You will receive an e-mail from Barcelona Fashion Design Online shop confirming the order.

Payment

Do the prices quoted include VAT and shipping?

The published prices include 18% VAT. If the shipment is made to a non EU VAT zone country (ask Marcos about this) VAT is not payable and will be discounted. Shipping costs are not included.

How can I pay?

Via PayPal. This is a free online service which offers customers a variety of forms of payment, for example credit card or bank transfer. It is safe, quick and easy.

What are the shipping costs?

Inside Spain; 6.50€

Other EU countries; 10€

How long does the delivery take?

UFrom the date of we receive your payment you should expect to receive the shipment by courier (Seur) within 4 working days. The company cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment.

To which countries do you deliver?

Spain, all EU countries, and Turkey.

What happens if I am not at home when the merchandise is delivered?

If you are not at home when Seur delivers the package, and no one else has been authorized to receive the package, Seur will leave a message to contact their office to arrange delivery at another time.

How do I know if the article is available?

In the case that the article ordered is out of stock or cannot be shipped immediately, you will be informed by the online shop.

If you have ordered an article already, and we can not deliver it within the stipulated period, we will inform you. You can then decide whether to accept the earliest delivery date or, alternatively, have your money refunded.

If I am not happy with the article I bought and want to return it, what is the procedure?

Any article bought in the Barcelona Fashion Design online shop may be returned within 10 days of the date of receiving the item. The article should be returned in perfect condition, neither used nor washed, in strong and safe packaging, by surface mail, and registered to cover the value of the package to Barcelona Fashion Design, Ute Prause SL , C/ Guardia 14, 2º2ª, 08001 Barcelona, España. Cost of insuring the package are the responsibility of the customer. On receipt of the item in the Barcelona Fashion Design online shop and an email with scanned receipts of the costs of mailing and your bank account details, we will refund the value of the purchase and the mailing costs of returning the item.

What can I do if the product is defective?

If you think that one of our articles is defective, please inform us immediately, contact@uteprause.com. If the article is found to be defective we will replace it or exchange it for another item. Alternatively, customers also have the right to claim a full refund for the item (including mailing costs).
